The Crockery Cupboard

How to add genuine vintage charm to your wedding tables

The Crockery Cupboard

Here’s a great example of Marquee Hire company, run by two friends in London and Brighton, that made this wedding possible. Also, their collection of beautiful china and glassware, including fine examples of crockery from the 1920s to the 1960s, is ideal for a classy vintage wedding. Everything in their collection is unique and adorned with gorgeous vintage patterns, so it’s right up our street (and probably your’s too!)

The Crockery Cupboard: “Our plates make any table setting look effortlessly striking, while the bowls and platters are perfect for serving anything from canapés and salads to cakes, cream and berries. The delicate tea cups make an impressive and colourful display when stacked in rows on top of each other or can be used as an alternative center piece with flowers and candles. The cut glass vases look dazzling when clustered together, all different shapes and sizes, and create a beautiful focus to the table.”

Take a look at their stunning gallery and find out more details about their crockery hire service here: www.thecrockerycupboard.co.uk (and they’ve got an excellent blog like ours there too!)

If you haven’t already chosen the style and theme of your wedding why not try something a little vintage with this beautiful crockery from the ‘Vintage Crockery Company’.  Alternatively why not spend time trawling the charity shops like my friend George is for the same effect for half the price!  The final result looks so pretty, why not  drop in a tea light and it makes the most elegant look for your tables!
