Q: Do SlaterSparke provide design samples?
A: You can purchase samples from this shop - all items are priced individually. If you would like a design in a different colour please let us know and we can produce a bespoke card which matches your theme. Alternatively, we offer a 'virtual sample' design service.

Q: What is a virtual sample?
A: This is a unique service from SlaterSparke which allows you to preview the design, wording and layout of your invitation online before making any purchase. You provide us with your text, choose a design, request any adjustments and let us do the rest! The SlaterSparke design team will then respond with several high-resolution images and a print preview of your personal invitation for you to view. The virtual sample preview service is completely free of charge.

Q: Do all these cards include envelopes?
A: Yes, our invitations, RSVPs and greeting cards all include envelopes free of charge. However, if you wish to have your guests' names and addresses printed on the envelopes there will be an additional fee of £0.10 per envelope.

Q: How quickly can you produce my wedding stationery order?
A: Turnaround times vary depending on quantity, detail, seasonal variations and stock levels for imported materials, but we normally expect to despatch your finished invitations 2-3 weeks after approval and payment.

Q: How will the stationery be delivered?
A: We use Royal Mail First Class delivery for all orders within the UK, upgraded to 'Recorded Signed For' or Parcelforce Express24 for any orders consisting of 10 cards of more. International shipping will be via Parcelforce's Global Priority service. All cards are despatched in secure packaging, but any stationery orders consisting of 40 cards or more are boxed, wrapped in tissue paper and padded with straw bedding to ensure they are well-protected, arrive in style and are an exciting package for you to open!

A: We use Paypal as we believe it to be the most convenient and safest way to make secure credit or debit card payments on the internet. With their well-regarded history with data and financial transaction handling, Paypal ensures you can be confident your personal information is secure.
