…to your napkins or menus to double up as a favour, it looks really colourful and quite an exciting thing to receive. Let’s face it, most of us haven’t had a candy necklace for years, bring back the child in you and fling them at each other just like old times.

I am so pleased to announce that we are now selling our wedding stationery in Cardiac, Bristol. For those local folk, please pop along and take a look. They’ve chosen to sell our ‘Elegance’ card and a new design which will be available this week, we’ve called ‘Glorious’ so don’t forget to come back to my blog and take a look before it’s available to buy, it’s going to be a favorite amongst you lovely brides!

Unfortunately we don’t offer table plans at the moment, however we can make the cards for you to create your own. Using an old suitcase and some vintage style lace it’s easy. Not only does it look effective it’s different and in keeping with the vintage touch! You could pick up an old suit case from a charity or junk shop or to make it a bit more sentimental ask a relative if they have one hidden away in their loft.

What a great, effective idea, this pink rainbow cake looks fab and of course totally delicious. You would never know until you cut the first slice that there is something a bit special inside. You can find the recipe on www.call-me-cupcake.blogspot.com. Some yummy extra layers for the cake lovers like myself, nom, nom!

Filling your favour bags with bright, colourful macarons is a fab way to keep your costs down. They seem to be very popular these days and I can see why. Crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, these tasty little delights are a real winner.
Laduree is just one place you can purchase them, along with various other sweets and chocolates www.laduree.fr or alternatively you could make them yourself:

Grab yourself one of these fantastic rustic wooden signs, a great little find and something you can keep forever as another reminder of your wedding day. Please take a look at the website www.theweddingofmydreams.co.uk, they offer some lovely original favours and the prices are reasonable. It seems I love everything on this website actually, wish I’d come across it when I got married. Even for some inspiration for you DIY brides its a must see!

So much work goes into making our stationery, so when one of my brides sent me this I was absolutely thrilled. Our ‘Elegance’ range on one of her tables, in its full glory…perfect! Thanks Cassandra.
Its sometimes a nice idea to personalise your wedding favours. Why not try this simple, yet effective way of doing so with some beautiful rustic wooden tags.
They can be used for pretty much anything and would look great hanging from a simple bottle on your tables or wrapped around napkins for your guests.

After walking down the local high street yesterday in Clifton, Bristol and I spotted thee most beautiful wedding dress in Phase Eight, £350.00 and it is absolutely gobsmacking. So much details and looks so expensive, I had to tell all my girlfriends that are getting married about it, really is a must see. I know its nice to spend money on the dress but you really don’t have to, there are so many dresses out there equally as nice at a fraction of the price (oh that rhymes) go, go, go and take a look!
